Garbage will be collected every Thursday unless a holiday interrupts this schedule, if that does occur the new collection day will posted on the Village Website and also in the calendar section of the website.
Garbage MUST be in Yorkville garbage bag. These are available for purchase at, Chantry’s, Cliffs, Holland Farms, Parkway Drug Store, Rite-Aid, Sam’s Mini Mart and Speedway and Stewarts.
We recommend that you place your garbage at the curb in a garbage can to avoid animals getting into the garbage. Please make sure the bag is tied. Garbage may be placed at the curb the night before collection no sooner than 6PM.
